The house was perfect for our stay, and Mitch was a wonderful host. He was very responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. The home is located in a beautiful, safe gated community and is just a short walk from the gorgeous beach. The property looks exactly like the photos, everything was in excellent working order, and the entire home was exceptionally clean. Having the private pool in the backyard was fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. All six of us had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend Mitch and this beautiful property!

Very well kept home, great location, safe peaceful gated neighborhood, beautiful private beach as described - just steps away. Good size rooms and bathrooms. Everything was clean, kitchen well stocked, high quality furnishings and pool alarm was a help with kids. Plenty of space for our group and made for a very enjoyable trip!

Literally only steps from the clean beach - much closer than the high rise condos we usually reserved, grocery store across the street and restaurants within 5 mins. … Unit was clean, roomy, private and as clean as if we were first renters ever. … This WILL be our 1st call next trip.

The house was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and tidy! The beach access is what really makes it. Literally steps to the beach. Having it be on a private beach was also really nice because it was never overly crowded. Having a grocery store super close by was a plus as well. My only recommendation would be to stock the house with a few pool towels, but that’s no big deal. Would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed this place. Honestly, the pictures doesn’t do it justice. The walk to the private beach was an added plus!!! Mitch was very responsive EVERY TIME!!! … Everything was great! Great neighborhood, food places, conveniently located near shopping, eating and WALMART! lol!
